Aristotle claimed that eudemonia was the pursuit of happiness, but he meant it as finding a deep purpose in life and pursuing it. Professor Bajaj has compiled a seductive way to entice the reader into a compilation of the existing research and philosophy on this pursuit using the alphabet as an easy mnemonic. Dose yourself slowly, this is heady stuff but it will help your life and work get better.
